To onboard with Bastion and gain access to a production account, please contact your dedicated sales representative or reach out to us directly at sales@bastion.com. Our team will initiate the compliance due diligence process, which is a critical step to ensure a secure and compliant partnership. The compliance due diligence process involves reviewing your organization’s information to meet regulatory requirements. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide all required documentation.

Compliance due diligence

Bastion is a regulated money transmitter and therefore requires a compliance review of its customers. We typically request company information, ownership details, KYC for control persons, AML and sanctions policies, risk controls, and security attestations.

Timeline

Most reviews finish within 1-4 business days after you submit all materials. You can integrate in sandbox while we review, and production activates after approval.
